OLGA NIKOLAEVNA STEMBER A person of great and abiding faith and generosity, Ms Stember was a consummate musical talent, administrator and loving devoted historian and friend to all that met her. These few words, more than any others exemplify a life well lived that now enters history, and eternity in Christ. An early benefactor and faithful supporter of St Nicholas Patriarchal Russian Orthodox Cathedral and in New York City. A daughter of founder of the Patriarchal Exarchate at a most difficult time in history. A daughter of founder of the scholarly journal; ONE CHURCH, a founder and builder of St. Nicholas Orthodox Center, All Saints Church and Cemetery in Pine Bush, NY. Secretary to Archbishop of New York Dositheus, the spiritual daughter of Metropolitan Benjamin, daughter of the late great concert pianist Nikolai Victorovich Stember, a member of the Theodore Kozlovsky choir, a musical and historical archivist, and a promising student iconographer. Above all, a exemplary follower of the lives of the saints and the teachings of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Ms Stember late resident of Whitney Point New York, was predeceased by her brother, George Kirk (1968) and sister-in-law, Martha Kirk (2000). Survivors include nephew George V. Kirk, grand-nephew George M. Kirk and niece Frances Kirk Tucker.
