Lucille “Cookie” Ann Virga was called home on January 5th 2021. Daughter of Rose and Vincent Sciarabba, she was born in the Bronx, NY on January 4th 1942. She was predeceased by her parents as well as her two sisters Maryann and Geraldine (Leonard) Salerno. Mother to Lori (Kevin) McClintock, Debbie Amendola, and Suzanne Virga. Beloved grandmother of Gina (Stephen) Amendola, Nicole (Scott) Amendola, Thomas (Amy) McClintock, Kimberlee (Kenneth) Ferara, and Nicola Amendola. Loving great grandmother to Luca Richardson, Ava and Ella Ferara, and Scarlett and Hazel McClintock. Loving Aunt, Great Aunt, and Great-Great Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Cookie was one of a kind with a spirit that will never be forgotten. She will be fondly remembered for her ability to make people laugh and truly left her mark on everyone she met. She had a love for great food, shopping, style, and all things that sparkle. The visitation will be held at Martinez-Morse Funeral Home in Middletown, NY on Sunday January 10, 2021 from 1-4pm. At this time due to the ongoing pandemic there will be no funeral but a memorial will be held at a later date when we are able to gather.
