August 6, 1932 - December 22, 2021
Celebrating DOMINGA LANZO Lovingly known as "Ma" and "Grandma" to her children and grandchildren, and "Nieves" or "Snow White" by her friends, Dominga departed her loving family on December 22, 2021. Born in Puerto Rico, she moved to New York City in 1952 with her husband and two sons. The family later grew, adding three children. Dominga is predeceased by her husband, Macario, son Jorge, and grandson Hector Jr. She is survived by her four remaining children: Hector, Reinaldo, Damaris, and Ivan; as well as five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. To know Dominga was to love her. She was of small stature but a feisty Leo, true to her sign. She loved her casino trips, cups of coffee, and Entenmann's pound cake. She always greeted everyone with a smile and asked, "You feel good?" She loved being surrounded by her family and friends. Her favorite flower was the sunflower, known for being the "happy" flower. The Sunflower embodied her true spirit. She will be FOREVER MISSED.
